1. From the sea looking East. In the foreground lies the newly dredged beach. The water's edge is more or less 70 feet from the southwest corner of lot 30 which lies at the tip of the red arrow.

The fence in the foreground, that lies to the right in the photo, runs along the northern boundary of the property. Note that two beaches can be seen, the one to the left, behind the palm tree, provides access to the south, and the one to the right of the palm tree provides access to the west.

4. This boat is shown adjacent to the beach that lies at the southwest corner of the property. The tip of the red arrow indicates both the southwest corner of lot 30 and the northwest corner of lot 31.

5. This shot was taken from the East facing West. In the foreground lies the beach that run the length of the property to the east. Two beach accesses can be seen, one to the south (to the left) and one to the West (in the background).

6. This shot shows the property looking from the sea facing west.

7. This photo was taken from the reserve that runs along the property to the east. It shows the two beaches that now exist, one at the southwest corner of the property as well as the one that exists around the middle of the property which faces south. The tip of the red arrow indicates where the angle of the southern boundary line of lot 31 changes.

8. This photo was taken from the property that lies to the north of lot 30. In evidence is the "reserve" (approximately 66 feet wide) that lies between the red line shown and the sea.

9. This shot is taken from the east end of the property facing west. The dense growth of Australian Pine trees that lies to the north of the property shows very nicely here.
